Huskers slightly under for last year, slightly over for the entire period.

Oregon State #4 for the entire period but 16th from the bottom last year. About what I'd expect - they had some really good years awhile back but hadn't done as well lately.

It showed for both instances.

Wisconsin's coaching and player development has been excellent. We've unfortunately been on the receiving end of that.

How can Texas be in the middle of the pack, above schools like Purdue (and maybe Kansas)? Seems like Texas gets their pick of the litter every single year. While schools like Purdue live off the scraps leftover from other FBS programs. :shrug:
