If memory serves me correctly, the Conventional Wisdom on "The Sock" was that his "inside info" was nothing more than the product of a premium subscription to RSS, right?

Whats the Over/Under on whether or not we can expect to start hearing from him again at some point this season?  =)

 
I've been thinking about this, I can't come up with a good over/under. On the one hand with all the angst surely someone will spout something the sock would be interested in even if it's 100% bs. On the other hand I don't see much going down unless SE is fired first. 

 
The anti SE stuff has a lot of momentum on social media.  Some pretty big names are calling him out.  Tge rumors coming out over the next few weeks are gonna be good.

Carriker is one.  Who were the others?  Not that it would make my long standing disdain for SE any greater at all.

SE has been problematic since day one (don't forget how and when SE left Miami...) and there are better candidates that weren't looked at. Plus this was a Harvey hire IIRC, and the further we get away from Harvey's legacy, the better.

Following the SockPuppet thread during the coaching search was one of my all time favorite things about HuskerBoard.  Gads that was my hourly dose of humor and hijinx.  Loved it.  Stuff of legends.
