The "wildcat" look

Lee was killing them with the zone read runs too.
i think watson was playing on arizona's assumption that lee was a pure pocket kinda qb.

they paid for that royally.
I don't think so. We just blasted them up front with the O-line - a pretty rare performance out of those guys.

Probably only fans and announcers had been living with the assumption that Lee is a pure pocket passer, while Green is the runner. But we have seen both these guys run plenty and should know two things: 1) Green is not a throwback to Tommie Frazier and Osborne's option QBs, and 2) Lee is freakin' fast.

Arizona coaches have the tape, they know about Lee's speed. Other coaches and coordinators, I think from Texas, have even acknowledged it before. Why some fans assume Lee is a lumbering Drew Bledsoe type who isn't good at throwing, I don't know. :dunno

Also, Lee is definitely good north/south. I think sideline to sideline is a weakness for him, and he doesn't have a lot of shifty moves. But if he's got a hole and can run north/south, he'll chew up the yards fast. He's shown that in plenty of games.

Wouldn't mind seeing Niles play in the Maize a few plays a game either..runs hard just like a running back..

That might be interesting. However I question his ability to break tackles. Getting hits from lineman and linebackers are a lot more intense than from DB's.
