Thinking of visiting for a game

So I haven't been to a Husker game, ever (moved from Nebraska at a young age) but we're thinking of visiting. Nothing definite because a lot of scheduling has to pan out right, but if we were able to attend a game, what do you guys think?

USC, because it's a game of such implications?

Nevada, because we *know* we're going to smoke them and that will be fun to watch?

It'll be tough to get into the USC game, I wouldn't come without tickets.

Nevada will be a fun game to go to. I can't wait! 68 days!

I wouldn't be so sure that we will smoke Nevada in the opener. They have a potent offense and were a solid team last year. If you are looking to attend a game that we smoke the opponent, Ball St or Iowa St are your best bets. USC will probably be the most intense. OSU and Nevada will probably be high scoring and A&M should be a dogfight once again.

I am also am going to attend a home husker game and it will only be my 3rd so do you think I should get tickets for the USC game or I was thinking of getting tickets for Kansas State or Oklahoma State, what do you think?

yeah, USC will be tough to get tickets too. Although I may be one of the many walking around looking for generous Husker fans with extra tickets too.

Definitely go to a game where you are sure it's going to be a close game. Blowouts are great and all but the crowd is nowhere near psyched up as they are during big, close games.

Is Nevada the first game? Might be hot as heck. I saw Ohio State playing some cup cake and people were passing out all over the place.

If you've got a choice I think the Okie State revenge game in October might be a good one to pick or TAMU the next weekend.

You can't find any USC tickets on ebay for any less than $500.00 for the pair!!!! Last year I paid $400.00 for a pair of Texas tickets and I thought that was ridiculous!!!! :hellloooo

I think for the most reasonable tickets, I would pick KSU. Everyone is going to be pumped for that game and I think we will win handedly, but it will be a great game to watch Mr. Freeman hit the turf a few times.

Thanks for all your input guys! I have school, so it'll probably come down to USC and Nevada, most likely Nevada given the ticket situation. Although maybe Ball St. is a possibility...

Well I'm planning on going to the ISU game KSU game and maybe the USC game now that I finally got the time off of work for the USC game. For a pair of tickets to the ISU and KSU game it's going for about $150.00 for the pair on ebay. ;)

Don't go to Ball State. At least try to make it to a Big 12 game. Ball state will just be a joke and a boring game. But it really doesn't matter to me cause I go to all the games!!

Hehe, good point. Although it probably won't be possible to make a Big 12 game, since Colorado (Thanksgiving break) is away.
