Hey Huskers Fans,
Last year's game to BYU may be a long lost memory for you, but it lives on in BYU legend for more reasons than you might think. Of course, the dramatic way in which my team won the game is going to be memorable for a long time. However, what is even more impressive to me and so many of my BYU fan compatriots is how classy, kind, and wonderful Huskers fans were to us while we were in Lincoln. Plus, your team and coaching staff, although dejected at the time of that play, handled themselves with amazing sportsmanship, composure, and class that it caused me to always check in on how well Nebraska is doing.
Which is why I'm absolutely thrilled to see your team in the Top 10 this week! After a season like you had last year of heartbreaking losses, you certainly have earned a ranking that high this year. (Believe me, BYU REALLY knows how you feel this year because we have had three super close games end in a loss for our team - the hardest to swallow being at Utah.)
You guys have earned the respect of many in CougarNation and we are cheering you and your team on! Go Big Red!
