I wandered into the shed and I find Matty just utterly infatuated with me. Mentioning me on more than one occasion in conversations I'm not even involved in.
Lets give you some information that you will just love.
1. I wore Ducks gear to the UCLA/NU game.
2. I bought Dish Network for the sole purpose of having access to the Pac12 Network so as to never miss a Ducks game.
3. My basement is decked out in Oregon Ducks accessories.
4. My wife wore an Oregon Ducks garter on our wedding day.
5. My pastor at our wedding recited the Oregon fight song words (without my knowledge he was going to do so).
6. One of our cakes had Oregon decorations on it.
7. I've gone to an Oregon/Colorado game.
8. I had my picture taken with Puddles, Scott Frost, and Josh Huff.
9. I skipped a class so I wouldn't miss the Oregon/Ohio State game.
10. I own 2 Oregon flags and have flown them both.
11. My license plate has an Oregon ducks outline.
12. I own many more Oregon shirts than I do anything else.
13. My asics I own are green, because of Oregon.
14. I play the Oregon fight song every Saturday I wake up during football season (Confirmed by my wife).
15. My in-laws only ever get me Oregon stuff for my birthday and christmas.
16. My wife, a creative person, has made me multiple original wall hangings of Oregon Ducks.
17. If I had the money and didn't care about leaving family, or if my wife gave permission, I would be living in Oregon right now.
18. In jr high is when I fell in love with Oregon, and is the marker in my time where I actually started caring about college football.
19. Having Husker parents is like having conservative parents according to liberals. "you only think that way because you were told to."
20. It is possible to respect and root for the Huskers as well as love Oregon. However It's people like you that give me reason to root against, and find reason to halt sunshine pumping. If it weren't for people and fans like you, I would have never developed disdain for NU. (and if Pelini had never happened). If I didn't read stuff from people like you, I would end up rooting for Nebraska all the time. But It's hard to respect unrealistic people and people who live in the past. Like a championship from 20 years ago matters today.
