I wish these guys would get off this Big 12 tie breaker. Brent wants to decide it based on how much OU runs up the score on everyone. But to his credit, he realizes there is a 3 way tie, unlike Rod Gilmore last night who wanted only the UT-OU head-to-head game to break a 3 way tie.

Want to take a guess what the SEC tie breaker is in this situation? When head-to-head, common opponents, etc, can't decide it? It's the BCS rankings.

How about the ACC? BCS rankings.

But it's the Big 12 that is stupid. Right. :sarcasm

I stand corrected, if the top 2 teams are within 5 of each other, the ACC and SEC use head-to-head of those top 2 teams.

Still, it uses the BCS rankings to determine the top 2 to get to that head-to-head.

I wonder if Mack Brown would think so highly of that method if their roles were reversed.
