Tim Miles staff update

I have been thinking about this and they could also work out a thing where Coleman, BJ, Harriman are the on the floor coaches and recruiters. Coach Smith could be Director of Strategic Planning. So he would do game plans and be chief scout. During games he would still be the bench coach in charge of substitutions & in game adjustments, but wouldn't actually directly coach the kids.
