I still dont think TIM TEBOW is all that great its just the system hes in besides didnt LSU shut his a$$ down??Besides theirs a kid thats not even in the heisman race the running back from some flordia team hes got like 29 touch downs The heisman trophy is fixxed any damn ways they give it 2 the best player on the BEST team in the country not the best player in the country dedhoarse kinda sucks thoe becuzz theirs alotta good players in the country that aint no1 talking about 2

Don't kid yourself - the kid's a stud. He has a completion rating of around 65% or so. If he was in a "pass-happy" offense like Hawaii or Texas Tech, then you could probably make that argument. But it's the spread option. And Urban Myers like balance in his version of the spread.

Add to that the fact that Tebow is Florida's best running threat, and it's easy to see that the kid is the real deal...

ummm but the guys gonna be their for a few more years heck ive seen things like this b4 a good player is damn good 1 year then the next year he stinks ,all i knoe is their is tons of exelent players out theirs thats not even in the heisman watch :madash

Not sure how any of that's relevant to the issue of whether Tebow is deserving of the award. The fact that he'll be back next year does not mean he isn't deserving this year - which is the issue.

The fact that he could flame out next year does not mean he isn't deserving this year - which is the issue.

The fact that he has good teammates is more than specious. Name how many players have won the award playing for bad teams. The fact of the matter is that, with one exception, each winner played for a team that was pretty good to great. It's almost axiomatic that players for mediocre or poor teams are not going to be considered. It may not be fair, but it happens.

His only legitimate challenger is McFadden. There isn't anyone else even close.
