TO as Offensive Coordinator

What do you guys think? He was, of course, at the game Sunday. Watching our offense inthat game, and most every other one this season, must have been painful for Dr. Tom. He realizes we have a stellar D now, and if we had even a high school game, we'd be the B12 champs.

He has been giving Wats advice all season. Do you think, should Bo and TO decide Wats needs to go, that TO would consider taking a role as the new OC? He is one of the most brilliant coaching minds this world has ever seen, and always put together an offense that was, at it's worst, physical and effective. At it's best, it crippled and punished the opposing defenses. I personally think Dr. Tom would be a homerun inhome option, should we decide that is what we want.

Please explain to me how this is a long term fix for our program? No way TO would do this knowing that fact. Besides, you expect an 72 year old man to put in those kinds of hours?

You would kill an icon.

I swear some of these threads are just created for their amusement. Please stop with the head coach/ex head coach/athletic director as offensive coordinator here. It doesn't make any sense, it will never happen, please stop.

I could see it happening if we suddenly lost Watson before the Bowl game.
