Too much change

Crusader Husker

I started at a Private Christian Elementary School as the principal, moved to a different state, moved from the city to a village of 250, and the board changed....

I need football to start!!!

GBR, my brothers, I am at least back online reading your pathetic thoughts and opinions! 🤣🤣

The best thing about the move was a the pastor at our church is a Husker fan, and when we moved in, he had planted a Husker flag in the front yard!

You get to be the big man in charge now! NICE

Just remember...we don't need to have our "learning objective" posted.

I need learning objectives and success criteria posted in all classes. I don’t care if it is a kindergarten roo and they are eating crayons. They need some long winded objectives with all of the verbs underlined.

Don't forget all those teachers need to do ice breakers at the start of the year...they also need to sit with people NOT in their department (for some reason) and you have to make them play something like Two Truths and a Lie.

Because teachers should be treated NOT like adults and NOT like professionals...but like kids.

So true. I got partnered up with an art teacher and we had to interpret a picture. It was a picture of a desert. She started crying and talking about failed relationships. I left and took an extended coffee/ restroom break.
