Here are all of the schools that have finished in the top 10 since 1960. However this is based on a metric on mcubed.net, and I'm not sure how they determined some of the scores for certain programs. It is done through some sort of "score" though. By eyeballing it, I felt it was pretty accurate even though there are a couple obscure ones in there like Navy's only top 10 appearance was last year.
