Hundreds of protestors ambushed
JD Vance as he arrived at a ski resort town following his war of words with Ukrainian President Volodymyr
Zelensky on Friday.
Vance and his family arrived in Warren,
Vermont, as part of a skiing trip, and were welcomed by what
Fox News described as a 'mile long' line of protestors.
Footage captured on the ground shows hundreds lining the streets of the town with signs labelling Vance as 'Nazi scum', and another saying 'go ski in
Russia'.
Vance's visit to the resort had been announced earlier this week, prompting protestors to organize their opposition of his visit.
On Friday, Vance and President Trump
broke out in a shouting match against Zelensky inside the Oval Office.
The fallout of the incident has left Ukraine's future in doubt as the country continues to fight Russian forces, with Zelensky asked to leave the
White House shortly after.
The yelling match was unlike anything ever seen publicly in the Oval Office. And it played out on TV screens across the world.
Fox News report that Vance and his family had planned to stay at a 4-star inn near the Sugarbush Resort but moved to an undisclosed location after seeing the protest.
