Well how do you want to prepare. I thin it's obvious these guys do very little at work. It was quiet all weekend, now there blabbing and the funny thing is they keep posting in that forum on HPH.com, they know were watching and the stupid asses keep going. I would love to get ito that "secret chat" room, but ...

What do we do for Tuesday?

 
I thought we had talked about suspending registration for just Tuesday. Also, I guess we just have to have as many eyes on the board as possible.

 
I think we have all the evidence against them we need, we should do whatever possible to keep them from trashing the board. I agree, I think suspending registration for Tuesday is a good idea and ban anyone we know is from HPH. Then maybe escalate the situation with Birch. Start trying to contact Birch customer service managers, directors, AVP's...

 
To expand on that thought, I think our energy would be better spent having them taken down, ie contacting Birch, instead of trying to manage their crap on our board.

 
Also, if HPH evetually get's dealt with via birch, and we still have these a$$hole$ running around. We should follow up with their individual ISP's.

Exactly right - we need to mitigate. At the same time, we need to move everything they do to the Junkyard. If we want to escalate with Birch, that will prove that they carried through with their plan for more harassment.

 
So is the plan to temporarily suspend registration Tuesday and move all threads that are possibly started by a HPH member to the shed OR to the Junkyard forum in the "Mods" section?

Me thinks we all need to get on the same page before tomorrow.

Also, I think we need to start some kind of list of know abuser's IP addresses for follow with their ISP if necessary.

Well I guess it depends on if we want to give Birch a chance to see for themselves -- but if we dont hear back we wont really know if they will be watching or not. If I dont hear back by the end of biz today I'll send another email, and maybe if we can find a ph # I can call tomorrow as well.

But then again they should have all the evidence they need by now. What Im thinking about doing is not suspending registrations, rather, requiring that a mod reviews them first before approving. That way we can compare IPs etc. and not screw the legit people.

 
For what it's worth, I just did a screen capture of the "Is anybody going to rally the troops for Tuesday night". It's HPH13.jpg, and I put it in the main HPH folder - the one that Birch has access to.
