University of Nebraska in Lincoln

WOW, KSU accepts 95%? WTH?! Seems like all the north schools accept over 85% except UNL.

Kind of weird that the high ranking schools wouldn't have a higher yield....

 
Interesting because probably about 35%ish of kids who have I talked to who are either currently at UNL or have recently graduated said they dont really like it that much. I am currently deciding between UNL and UNK but they are such different schools it is hard to choose.

 
from someone who knows little about either school, let me say. I have always heard 'you can't spell flunk/drunk without UNK'.

Go to UNL, Kearney sucks! Especially since you are from Omaha, it might be hard to adjust to having a lot less to do in Kearney.

I am currently at UNL finishing my last semester and I've loved it. Can't beat Saturdays in the fall, bars are within walking distance, dorms are nice.

If you want to major in education, come to UNK. If not, go to UNL.

lol. does UNL have one? That would be pretty funny if all the Nebraska schools have something like that. I always heard the Kearney one from the guys I knew from G.I.

I havent heard one but one that comes to mind, but is stupid I admit is:

cant spell UNLucky without UNL :dunno

That's funny about UNL because all the UNx schools have a policy to accept every in-state qualified applicant.
