We talked about this in the OSU board....He was congratulating Urban, and Urban didn't remember him until he saw his name...Urban recruited him while at UF.

he can transfer to d2, play next year, then transfer to OSU and play immediatly. (ie cam newton)

but no scholarship. its B10 rule. you can't transfer to another team and get one. special exceptions were made for penn state

Meyer was at Florida until 2010. Chase Rome graduated in 2010....If you look back at his recruiting Florida was recruiting him pretty hard.
