Hard not to like the guy huh? Just talks to people like any other guy. Probably how it ought to be, it just isn't that way normally so it has a different vibe to it. A good vibe though. Like I said, it's just different than it has been for awhile.

 
So refreshing, a guy that actually wants to be Nebraska's head coach. Changed his comfy lifetime contract, to seek and conquer a goal, milestone. Not looking for the next door to open, wants to be our coach, your coach and my coach. This alone is going to change the culture here. He gets it, wants it, embraces the challenge and anyone listening to him, has to want it for him.
