Yeppers, that sounds about right. The formula has changed over the years: luck -> moxy -> talent, but the results have been pretty consistent.

Well, Texas has consistently been the better football team for a while now. I'd say they're still the better football team this season, but what matters is who is the better team on the field tonight. And I'm hoping it's us this time.
