Is there any retailers that sell walleye fresh frozen ???? Last time in Lincoln I stopped by the Tam O Shanter and ate some. Sure miss catching them. My favorite freshwater fish to eat. mmmmmmmmmmm good.

Course I like crappie and bluegill too. :)

Yea that's the one bad thing about AK, all the Salmon in the world and no Walleye, good Pike but hard to get to where I live.

Walleye is indeed the best eating strictly freshwater fish. You can order it frozen from several different retailers and wholesellers , but why dont you go up to Fort Randell dam up on the South Dakota/Nebraska border and catch some? I have tore them up up there in the past. 3 TO 7 LB RANGE ALL DAY LONG.

 
I would if I also take a trip to Sturgis at the same time. It's about 1800 miles or so. Kind of like ocean fishing. $300 for the fishing and 30 lbs. of fish. Cheaper at the market but not as fun.

 
oh my favorite fish ever we catch them at my grandparents cabin except the indians are allowed to spear them so they take all the ones in the 18 to 25 inch range leaving us nothing :(
