yes, i agree. i think he was just that stubborn and continued to think he could do what HE wanted with the limited ability/talent that he had......then, the light comes on, this ain't working, time to make a change...should have happened much sooner, capitulation to the fact that it takes talent to run some sets/formations and play calling........if you don't have it, make the switch to what does/can work.....just stubbornness IMO.
