We can just call it a moral victory!

After all , they beat Florida who is playing for the NC , and they also beat LSU who is another BCS team , so we should just be satisfied with mediocrity. Wins dont matter as long as we keep the score respectable.

That's the way alot of you sound. Thank god we squeeked out those wins against Kansas and A&M!

I hate losses just like you do, but I'm not going to go absolutely ape $hit and call for the coaches head!!!

I agree, mediocrity is soooo coool. I love being just another one of those mid-level programs. You know, like Purdue, or Oregon State, or Arkansas...you know, teams that win more than they lose, almost never win their conference, and are happy just to be there on New Years day...win or lose. Geee, that's great :sarcasm We have no right to expect anything more. After all, who do we think we are? It's not like we've ever been dominant or anything. It's not like we've ever had a program that was used to playing for national championships. Come on, some people on these boards expect us to contend all the time. Look, get real, no team can expect to go 30-40 years without a losing season. No team can expect to win 9 or more games for 30 straight years. No team can expect to be ranked every year for 30 or more years. No team can expect to dominate a conference year after year. More - :sarcasm I know, I know, I'm living in the past. I should be glad to be a Husker fan and just enjoy our big wins over L-Tech, Troy, Kansas, ISU, Missouri, CU, K-State, aTm...and quit hoping to be good enough to beat the likes of Texas, OU, USC, and Auburn. What the hell do I expect. Shame on me for wanting to be better than that! More - :sarcasm
