Other than Cally these two were the most obvious failures on the staff.

They will be remembered as the coaches that gave us the worst defense since the late 50's.

I have honestly seen high school coaches do a better job with there DB's. I was wondering if someone was going to draw a face on the back of our helmets so to trick the ref into thinking we were actually looking back for the ball..just terrible. Really the down fall of the callahan era can be blamed on these two.

 
Please, let's not forget about our former AD Steve Pederson. HE is the reason for why we're here.

Say what you will about Solich and his inadequacies at the time....Johnny "we will not surrender the Big 12 to Oklahoma and Texas, etc." still fired a coach for going 9, ultimately 10-3.

I can't place blame solely upon our former coaches...they just did what they promised to do coming in. It just didn't "work out."

Steve Pederson should be flogged with a rubber hose, IMHO.
