People like to complain about OSU being Ineligible. Don't. They did break rules and deserve to pay for it. And no I don't care at all how bad that irks Urban "Jesus Christ" Meyer.

That, AND everyone acts like a 2nd bout with OSU would be an automatic loss. I don't know about that. I'd like our shot against them if they could get to Indy. D is MUCH stouter and more seasoned now than before, and I think our O could gash them, if we kept turnovers down.

Philly Brown, Bradley Roby, Rod Smith, Carlos Hyde......four guys that scored TDs not named Braxton. One trick pony?

I would also like to know five guys in the country you'd rather have as your "One Trick Pony"

Carlos Hyde's stats through the Illinois game.144 carries for 737 yards. 13 TDs....Not bad for a second option.

I wouldn't choose anyone else, nor did I state that. He is an amazing player. The playmakers he has around him are also very good. But I think if you eliminate the threat of Braxton with his legs, we match up pretty well with you. (ala last year)

i would love it if we could play OSU in the BIg10 Champ. Its not an automatic win for them, we played our worst game of the year on both sides of the ball, and our defense has improved alot since then. It would be a great matchup, its ashame it cant happen.

Is your point that if you took the best player on our team(probably not even close) and a Heisman finalist off our team we'd be worse? I'd tend to agree.

I never said it would be a repeat of the October game. Just to take into account that we've made strides as well in improving the defense and getting the offense going.

Bowl projections in early November make election predictions look like cold hard rock solid accurate facts.

An NU Rose Bowl birth would be great. But there are 2 winnable games left and 2 slobber knockers (PSU/CCG) if NU is lucky, so much can happen.

If they do get to Pasedena, the first option would be a Pac-12 opponent. But I imagine the Rose wouldn't be to super upset if things work out and they are "forced" to select Oklahoma.
