They beat South Florida last year 53-21. The same South Florida that lost at Michigan State 21-6. South Florida is traditionally a tough team. For them to get absolutely spanked by McNeese State shows that McNeese State is not just showing up to collect a paycheck.

USF looked terrible last year because they WERE terrible.

I live in Tampa and sort of adopted USF as my Florida team. Always a second to the Huskers though (I grew up in Nebraska).

Any glimmer of hope and change (lol) USF might have had has been gone for years now. They are NOT the same USF they once were, for many reasons, some to do with the school, the team, budgets, politics, and uncountable other factors. I would not be surprised to see them post terrible records for quite a while. Just a feeling.

Beating USF these days is nothing to brag about, even for FCS teams.

 
USF was freaking pitiful last year. The program hasnt been tbe same since they canned ol whats his name.

 
Treat these guys like a real opponent and we'll be fine. Take them lightly and we could have another SDSU on our hands. Once again, it all depends on us.

 
I would hope this team is shaking in their chaps right now knowing whats in store for them in an hour and a half

 
We'll find out if this team is different than the past few years or the same. I think they are taking this one game at a time, but only time will tell.

 
Will give McNeese St a little credit and will play alright. Still.....Huskers romp. Should be expected.

NDSU is a FCS team and they could beat half the B1G i bet.

They also can get guys to transfer without sitting out a year... so they have some talent.

Still should win by 4+ TD's, but they have some talent.
