Well...hope I don't get banned for saying this..am upset too!

I debated whether to keep this pm to myself or not..I sent it to IBR...sure hope he comes back. I am not sure if he will check his pms..so decided to post what I said in my pm to him here..in case he checks in here to read. Usually..I am a very private person..but..decided to share this because I can relate alot to what he must feel and is going through! Before, I post what I said to him...I just want to say to the members- WHO UPSET HIM- to grow up and get a life! He didn't have to keep us informed of what is going on..but..he did and alot of us in here respect him for taking the time to do it period! To the members who didn't appreciate his efforts...we didn't see you all trying to keep us informed of what was going on and if you did try..we looked at it with a grain of salt and passed on by! With IBR..we believed him! Ok...saying what I felt needed to be said..will post what I said in my pm to him! If you don't see me post anymore..it is because I opened up my big mouth to far...and got banned..sure hope I don't get banned..because I love it here. Hugs to all except to the members who didn't appreciate IBR's effort!!!

Here is what I said in my pm to him:

I know you don't know me..but..I would appreciate it alot if you read this and then think about it. Let me tell you a story. I understand how frustrated you must be when you post messages to inform all of us and let us know what is going on-then get bashed for it! I am switching to my story..please bear with me for a bit. Believe me when I say this: You know that I like recipes and I have belonged to recipe boards and one in particular kept on bashing me and I didn't get it and still don't get why. Geez...I thought to myself..it is a recipe board and I post recipes and get bashed..just wanted to share my recipes. So I quit posting for a long time. Then I decided...why let some idiots stop me from doing what I enjoy doing...why should I let them have that power over me, and then I thought to myself...they must have a lonely life if they want to bash me just because I post recipes. Believe me..it took me a long time to realize all of this. To make a long story short...I went back and posted at that site and I haven't received any more bashes. Apparently they knew that if they bashed me anymore..I would stay away forever and they decided to behave. So apparently they missed my recipes lol So far..I haven't been bashed anymore on that site when I post. Please do not let members that don't appreciate your hard work have that power of you! I appreciate your posts and alot of other members do too Please keep posting...hugggs

Edited to say: Why is it that members who bash you or another member (s) from any site..hardly post to help out the board! I did have members who thanked me for my recipes so I thought to myself..why punish them for some idiots who didn't appreciate my efforts..so that is another reason I went back.

I too appreciated IBR, even before he started posting "inside information".

We have quite a few new members here and I don't think they understand the whole workings of what info he has given us and what has been going on around here. I hope he stays or comebacks regardless. :thumbs
