We were just talking about this around the water cooler a minute ago. Consensus is that Nebraska has the worst facilities in the Big XII, but despite that, Doc gets his guys to play hard and does a good job.

I want Doc to stick around for 10-20 years and see what he can do with the kind of practice facility that will draw in guys who will skip over us to go to Texas Tech or Missouri or ISU, and maybe once in a while get a big coup with an Oklahoma-caliber guy or even a Kansas-caliber guy.
