Can't tell you how happy I am about that, it's like watching the Callahan era Huskers...

Interesting since I remember many times in 3rd and short we ran it and made it.
aside from 2 games (3 I guess, couldn't watch the bowl game) I thought we did a damn good job of getting into good third down situations and converting. Even against Wisconsin we had good 3rd down efficiency

Yeah...33rd in the country. Right behind Wisconsin and Washington..... and ahead of Michigan. Only about 3 percentage points lower than teams like Alabama and OSU.

And..yes...we ran for a heck of a lot of those.

Stats! Langsdorf has been pretty consistent in his run/pass ratio on 3rd and short over the past two years.
