** What did we learn today? FAU version **

The D line without RG4 found its footing
The tackling improved as the game went on
O line showed promise
Westerkamp is Houdini
It was nice to watch a game without any turnovers

1. We'll be fine on offense.

2. We'll be fine on defense.

3. Ameer Abdullah will be fine.

4. Randy Gregory better be fine.

The OL is good. ST is sloppy. AA has a shot at the Heisman, and should get invited to New York if he stays healthy. Westercamp may be our best receiver.

Let's lean on the running game. Beck uses Armstrong right, he'll have a big year. Agree on the OL

We are STACKED at receiver. Pierson-El is a good one for the future. Westy catches were excellent.

Gregory is the cherry on top of the defense and not THE defense.

Newby can play through the problems he has had before.

Abdullah is the truth.

People need to relax about Armstrong.

Outside of Westercamp, I'm not impressed with the WR corp.

Punt return is still beyond horrendous--to the point where I'm still convinced special teams will cost NU a game or two.

I'm not sold on the defense.

Eric Crouch......bad at announcing.

PIZZA RANCH!

I liked what I saw from Kenny at WR today. I know it was FAU, but he got behind them almost at will. Blocking from the WR's was also excellent, minus the 2 penalties in the first (I think they were adjusting to the refs).

Offense looks good.

Defense took a while to settle in but I liked what I saw on the field

Special Teams still needs work.

Ameer should, without a doubt, be in the thick of the Heisman talk.
