** What did we learn **

Heisman Trophy Winner
1. Defense stepped up big time, especially on the road

2. Beck still can go Full Watson at a moments notice

3. There simply is no quit in AA

4. RG 44 is downright frightening

We can win even when the refs don't want us to.

That was an incredible defensive performance we saw out there today. This team was getting run up and down on by Wyoming and Minnesota.

Gritty showing from a very shorthanded offense.

We can absolutely win out. I haven't been this excited during a Husker season since 2009.

Offensive line health is a major problem.

Who would have thought our Defense would actually be our strength.

Tommy still shows his age and inexperience.

Still need a Special Teams coach.

RG44 is going to go pure BEAST MODE when he puts on about 20-30 lbs of muscle over the offseason.
He is going to reach Adam Carriker level by the time he is done.

I think the defense has finally bought in. We have been wondering what this team's identity is. I would say when they 'don't drink the Kool-aid' and realize they are not going to win because 'they are Nebraska', they show they can play like THE Blackshirts. Aggressive, disciplined, and fast!

1. This defense is going to be special.

2. It is great to see the fight of the entire team, talk about scratching and clawing your way to a win.

3. There's a lot of doubt about Tim Beck, but he can dial up a drive when he has to.

Gregory=Amazing. Our defense can be smart.

Whoever called the defense today deserves a trophy. The containment on their fat QB with the stupid number was awesome. And Gallon was helpless.

Armstrong= ice in his veins. No panic. Some of those pitches, especially the TD were so gutsy.

We gave up on giving up!
