What do we do with our offense during the next 3 weeks?

Watson and Cotton have had the whole season to do something with this offense and have not found any solutions. We are going to the Holiday Bowl with THIS stinking offense. What, you think they can wave a magic wand and pull a rabbit out of their a$$?

Does Suh have a decent throwing arm? I already know that he's more mobile that Lee.

Suh running the option on the first play of the Holiday bowl would be priceless-especially if he pitched it & dealt a wicked block for the pitch man.
I thought they were going to give him the ball when they put him in against Texas, but I have to wonder if they weren't setting it up for use later on. :)

Against V Tech, Oklahoma, and Texas the offense scored 1 td and that was after getting it on the 1 yard line. It all starts on the line basically. Then you have a poor qb with poor receivers. Throw in some poor play calling and it's easy to see what needs to be fixed. The bad part is they seem to be unwilling to change anything. They stay the course so to speak. Until Pelini tires of losing games 13-12 we probably won't see much for change.

how about a play action that is more than just fake the run and have Niles go deep...one guy in pattern isn't gonna do crap, plus it left Lee the option of taking a sack or throwing into double coverage, resulting in an int.

Can Gomes play Wide Receiver? He may have some of the best hands on the team. At least he seems to want the ball more than anyone else on the field.

Well, I don't know what this "offense" is you speak of. I thought the defense was responsible for defending the field AND scoring points. :dunno

1. Throw the ball

2. Catch the ball

3. Run with said ball

4. ?????

5. Profit
Not that I condone this in any way, but for some reason this popped into my mind after reading this.

Once again, a terrible, despicable act.
