What does Banker do well?

So as I look at all the coaches on the roster, most have at least one notable strength. I have a lot of questions about Langsdorf, but he has helped bring in a couple of good QBs on the recruiting front. We know Williams and Bray are doing well with recruiting, which brings me to the question for this thread. What does Banker do well? Or to put it another way, what would this team lose if Banker were not here? It's a question any CEO would ask about his leaders.

 
They were like a couple pistons firing like a mustang out there. Yeast makes like water sometimes and we just didn't shave our chest hair tonight.

Something along those lines.

Wasn't Riley buddies with Read too?

Maybe Banker sees the writing on the wall and throws in the towel. I know OSU fans were starting to get tired of him after many many years, but one thing he really hasn't had to deal with is intense pressure and criticism in Lincoln and Omaha.

 
Riley fired Reed already. If his job depends on it or we force fire Banker like we should I trust Riley will do the right thing
