Have I missed it? What is the line on this game? What do the "experts" think?
I am thinking this one is almost impossible to predict. The Huskers can be, of course, almost anything when they show up to a game... and you can never tell what you are getting. Will you get the unprepared, unfocused NU that plays perhaps two quarters --- or do you get a semi-prepared team that plays much of the game? Will you maybe get that once or twice a season complete game out of NU? Will you get a solid offensive game plan or an inexplicably rigid and non-creative game plan? So... for NU .... well who knows what you'll get.
As for Penn State? Will they be especially focused or completely out of sync?
On the road, after another flat performance, I'd guess the Huskers will be... who knows!
