What the **** Beck??? Why???

We stop feeding the ball to Ameer when he's hot & resort to trick plays & being multiple on short yardage situation. Goodbye & don't let the door hit you in the a$$ on your way out!

i agree. the players played hard. losing is part of the game but how you lose is important. i think the players can hold their head high.....BUT....beck once again show he is an idiot. trick plays inside the 5. throwing when u need 3 yards and have 2 plays and have one of the best rbs in the country. beck lost the opportunity for the players to tie the game late or even to win...

Plenty of wasted drives earlier in the ball game when it was clear that Tommy wasn't interested in not throwing the ball straight into the hands of a defender, or whatever. Seemingly a very winnable game with a competent coaching staff, I hope to god that is what Riley brings.

I don't understand it myself, I hope he is talking to himself with check in each hand while walking to the unemployment line, good riddance.

It was baffling...if we run the ball two times and cannot pick up 3 yards, we did not deserve it. However, we pass it and pick up nothing...the players deserved better than this ending!

It was again obvious tonight that Beck's basic game plan is AA twice between the tackles, long pass, punt. The guy couldn't call a good game

if it came up and bit him on the a$$. Give him a bus ticket home he doesn't deserve to ride on the plane with this team. Hope he has good luck

with what ever middle school that takes a chance on him.

That's the rub with the entirety of the Pelini era, hasn't it? Winnable games that we take ourselves out of due to coaching, and not the other team.

Yeah, I'm looking forward to hopefully competent football with a seasoned staff. Cupboard is pretty damn full, considering...

He had some question decisions but ultimately he put up 42 points and that should win you a game no matter how you look at it. We aren't going to get a 10 yard gain every play. He could have done a few things differently but he deserves credit for some of the brilliant calls he did make.

They certainly were targeting AA. Even so, I'd still have preferred the game be put in his or Armstrong's hands. This has a lot of the Minnesota game ending feel to it but it took an amazing tackle to upend DPE on that last play.
