what this game means to me

SoCalhusker88

Four-Star Recruit
For 10 years I have received nothing but hell for loving my families team, our beloved Cornhuskers. I have been punched, cussed at, spit at, had my nebraska sweatshirt rubbed in sh#t doing outdoor ed. Yet my love has never faltered, we are lucky to belong to this family of fans who has represented us so proudly for my 18 years on this Earth. Yet, on the field success has been very limited to say the least over the last 10 years. A win in this game would signal a rare glimpse of national success for our beloved team. Yet, losing is a possibility and as much as i love winning....i would like for us all to keep in perspective how hard this team has worked and how much they need our support no matter what the outcome on the field. I was a proud CornHusker since birth, am currently a proud COrnhusker, and ALWAYS will be a proud COrnhusker. So lets give 'em hell boys but no matter what happens united as Cornhuskers may we be.

Wow, you're only 18 and have been punched, cussed at, spit at, and had your nebraska sweatshirt rubbed in sh#t? You should find some new friends. That aside, I agree, once red, always red. :bigredn: :bigredn: :bigredn: :bigredn: :bigredn: :cheers :woo :bonesflag: :koolaid2:

ehh weren't my friends, tho i do recieve alot of crap from them its just the regular banter. My high School sends quite a number of players to USC including some from my church so to not a USC fan around here is semi-blasphemous. Tough loss to swallow but GBR till the day i die
