What was your favorite game of 09'

Reason: Maybe it was because I met Joba before the game or maybe because I went to the game with my Dad and I've never been to a game with just me and the old man. Those are all good exambles but I think its because that was a huge step in the right direction on dominating a good team that for most part of this decade has been in the National spotlight. The win felt good but felt even better in person and spending it with my best man, my father.

Runner Up: Texas/Arizona

Reason: Both of games has proven many skeptics whether they like it or not that Nebraska is on the rise again and back into the spotlight a team to fear again. Yes the Texas loss was a heartbreak and most of us will never get over it but it was also a positive sign on what were the things to come with the main example with the Holiday Bowl against Arizona. When our Offense decides to show up and play the game of football like it should be, this Nebraska team is going to be a team to look out for.

So cheers to all of you for our future is looking bright and I can't wait till the 2010 season to begin :cheers

Great win. Momentum going into next year. National exposure. Shutout. Niles Flex. Allen's Suck it sign.

 
Defensively- Texas game. Hands down. Suh throwing Colt McCoy five feet towards the sideline like a rag doll was the highlight of the year. Gomes's pick. I loved how we shut Texas's offense the f down. They had a couple of plays but we essentially owned them.

Offensively- Arizona

Because weve kept getting our butts kicked buy these guys, and because it was my first game to go to. Very emotional, got ot meet the heisman winners. Saw the new heisman room and champ trophys. Was fun for sure.

 
ISU....reality check big time....won every game after that (minus big 12 ship) OU otherwise, and AZ cause if thats what the future holds, im ready! and texas cause we were suppose to get killed, and should of won. i already took vacation from work next year to make the trip back home to watch the revenge game!

 
Mine was the Louisiana-Lafayette game

There was nothing like the atmosphere, the jersey's, and the pregame celebrations.

Also a 55-0 win helps as well.

 
Oklahoma. That atmosphere at that game was absolutely electric. I havn't been to a game since the mid 90's, with that type of intensity.

 
I live on the West Coast and have to go through crazy internet gyrations to catch most games. I'm ashamed to admit that I didn't bother for the OU game. That one must have been sweet...

So for me, it had to be the AZ game. I now fully believe for the first time in a long, long time.

The most satisfying win I've seen in a loooong time. Total domination on both sides of the ball.

37 yards given up late in the 4th is insane.

 
OU : Because the atmosphere was lights out...tailgates and all

Arizona: Because of all of the smack talk leading up to the game and disrespect from team and fans

** 2 tremendous victories !!!!
