What's going on with the Rankings???

Any polls that contain Big 10 teams ranked in the top 25 should be disregarded...who have any of them beat besides each other? Why any of those Big 10 teams ever make the top 25...let alone the top 10 (good job Penn State...now the Sqwaukeye fans are intolerable, okay, MORE intolerable than ever, thinking they actually beat somebody who was worth a damn) is beyond me...
