When you hear of a particular school what do you immediately think?...terms, pictures or a few words...

Mine:

Illinois - FIB's, Underachievers

Indiana - Basketball, Hoosiers the Movie

Iowa - Wannabe Steelers, Overachievers, Tattoos

Michigan - Big Ten's Alabama, Desmond Howard

Michigan State - "Dammit!", Burning Couches, Little Brothers

Minnesota - Pretentious, Stuck in the Past, Mud Ducks

Nebraska - Corn, Ahman Green, Uncle Rico, Sore losers

Northwestern - Nerds, Lucky

Ohio State - Cheaters, The evil teams of super kids from the "Mean Green" and the "Mighty Ducks", Casey Anthony

Penn State - Sandusky, Linebackers, Outsiders

Purdue - Engineers, Upsets, Quarterbacks

Wisconsin - Beer ....more Beer.

This is just for fun, no need to start an argument here if someone rips on your team.

Wisconsin - Jump Around. That sh#t is cool. But seriously, you suck.

Ohio State - Please pave this whole state and make into a parking lot for Cedar Point, please.

 
Illinois - Awesome fans, great friendly rivalry in both foots and bball, they hate skunkweasels almost as much as we do

Indiana - pompous, pretentious, elitist, think they are God's gift to round-ball even when they suck.

Iowa - We're their daddy. They know it, we know it. I like them as a school but a fight is usually what they give us and that's about it.

ann arbor - little sister, taking over their stadium in 2009.

MSU- Great respect for Izzo, Their football fans that I have encountered have such a inferiority complex

Minnesota - Zero threat on the football field. If we lose to them then our coach deserves to be fired(and last time he was)

Nebraska - great tradition, Tommy Frazier

Northwestern - Smart kids that like Iowa give us nothing except for once in a blue moon. They will pay for 2004 :(

Ohio State - TBDBITL, Script Ohio, The Shoe, Archie, Woody,The Oval, My Alma Mater

Penn State - They like to throw piss balloons, inferiority complex and BTN conspiracy theorists.

Purdue - A pest that shouldn't compete but does(and triumphs sometimes :( )

Wisconsin - Polish sausage, Red, far left undergraduates

This is an accurate depiction of how I felt about each school when I first started grad school and was new to B1G country :

Illinois - I remember their basketball team being dominant a few years back...why are they so bad now?

Indiana - Their logo's pretty cool, I guess.

Iowa - Corn

Michigan - Michael Phelps really trained here?

Michigan State - Wait...is that a different school from U Michigan?

Minnesota - Home of Best Buy and Target. Weird.

Nebraska - More Corn

Northwestern - Shouldn't this school be out in Washingon? Northeastern's out in Mass...

Ohio State - Damn, that's a huge school. 80k!

Penn State - De-facto New England rep.

Purdue - Purdue's in Indiana? WTF?

Wisconsin - Cheese

Illinois: Champaign , ironically, is the hometown of the campus. Ironic because Champaign is seldom used in the lockerroom after big games.

Indiana: Basketball. Beautiful campus. Former chair-flinging-capitol of the world.

Iowa: Bumblebee colors for bumbling football team. Vastly overrated coach.

Michigan: Stole an undeserved share of the 1997 championship. Big stadium. Big egos.

Michigan State: Little Brother. No respect. Good coach.

Minnesota: Football dynasty 65 years ago. Nothing since. Mall of America.

NEBRASKA: Football dynasty 15 years ago. Another coming soon.

Northwestern: Nerds. (Some of whom will probably employ us in the future.)

Ohio State: Texas redux. Rules are made to be broken. Wealth of recruiting talent.

Penn State: Happy Valley. Unhappy scandal over child molestation and cover-up.

Purdue: Nerdy engineers. They’re still in the B1G 10, right?

Wisconsin: Cheese. Cheese-heads. Cheese-byproducts. Cottage-cheese-thighed women. Cheesy mascot.
