Where will Huskers land in final poll?

Just looking at the BCS standings before the bowls. There are 7 teams ahead of the Huskers who lost and don't have 10 wins or more:

#21 Stanford (8-5)

#20 Arizona (8-5)

#19 Okie State (9-4)

#18 Oregon State (8-5)

#16 West Va (9-4)

#15 Miami (9-4)

#12 LSU (9-4)

Huskers could end up in top 15. I wouldn't have predicted that after the Iowa State game.

 
I remember after Oklahoma lost to Texas, Mark May & Lou Holtz were debating the toughness of the Big XII conference this year. Holtz said that there would be at least 6 teams rated in the Top 25 after the bowl games concluded. May disagreed.

Looks like May is gonna win that argument. :lol:

 
It depends if we pass LSU or not. If not, we'll be 16th. If so, we'll be 15th. I definitely don't see us passing 10-3 Pitt after they won their bowl, which is what we'd have to do to be 14th. Maybe if Iowa lost 50-0 to GT we would pass them, but I don't see that happening. There is no conceivable way that we could be 12th and maybe a very small chance we could be 13th if we somehow leaped Pitt AND GT destroyed Iowa.
