Who covers shipley? Can Gomes cover him>

This like to get thoughts containing Shipley most likely Gomes will match up against Shipley how do u think he will do

 
I think Gomes and Amukamara can both hang with him... If West has to cover him I would be a little concerned..

 
ya agree with West big concern seems like they usually have gomes play the slot man and usually that is were they like to line up shipley

Most likely it'll be Gomes, or Amukamara, but the reality is that neither guy can cover him. We're going to need everyone's head on a swivel, ready to give help at any time.

 
Everyone realizes that Gomes is the Dime Back right? Hagg is the Nickle Back. Either Dennard or Prince, the two primary cover corners, will get Shipley. If the Husker Staff fear Shipley the most then Prince gets the match up, he has gotten the top receivers all year long.

 
Just have Asante get his personal foul at the very beginning of the game and knock him out of commission...

So basically the same game plan as V-Tech. I'm not talking about the last play either. Tyrod was able to get passes off he was just very inaccurate. Watch the film again and you will see it. This kind of thinking will just give McCoy time to find his 4 receivers.

As twisted as this, I think you are making a joke in regard to purposely hurting another player. If this happened They would lose Shipley but Asante would absolutely get tossed.

 
prince will take him, especially with dennards injuries lately

but hagg doesn't get enough credit. i still think he's our best lock on corner.

Yep. I'd sacrifice a Knight for a Queen any day. Of course I'm not advocating hurting anyone.
