Who on this team makes BIG post season awards?

Last year we had the following:

First Team: Kenny Bell and Randy Gregory

Second Team: Ameer Abdullah and Malik Collins

I'd say Collins is the only lock for First/Second Team.

Is it because of coaching that we only have one? Is it because of injuries? Do we not have the talent?

It will be hard to get much recognition when we'll likely finish 3-9 or 4-8. We might get 1-2.

But why does the record have to dictate whether or not the talent is on the field?

Is it because the talent is not there or because this staff has coached down the talent?
