Whose painting the "N" red??

Living here in Manhattan I've noticed that every year (exceptlast year) someone has painted one of the N's on the Manhattan hill. They posted an officer up there last year to curb the enthusiasm of Husker fans. We need to recruit some stealthy rambo types to scale the hill and paint em up.
