Anyone notice Tommy arrive wearing a red Nebraska hoodie, but changed to all black before running back to the field to the sideline.
Why did Tommy change outfits when he got dropped off?

He was in hospital scrubs when he came back from the hospital, and then went to the locker room to change into his street clothes, which he would have worn on the flight home.

Yes. The above. I assume the hoodie he had on was given to him by someone, whether it be his father or fiancé.

Right, but he wasn't in cleats. He had sneakers on even before he changed into the black hoodie.

He was was probly wearing scrubs because he wanted to get back right away, and didn't want to wait to get his clothes. But he wasn't going to wear hospital scrubs on the sideline. Since he changed pants into black sweats, why not put the top on as well?

Nebraska is sponsored by adidas and hospital scrub pants aren't adidas apparel and can't be worn on the sidelines. That's why he changed.

i thought it was pretty cool. Thought the Ohio St students chanting his name when leaving and coming back was cool too. It's so nice to see that most ppl still have a proper perspective on college guys playing a game.

He wasn't wearing shoes when he walked back from the vehicle that dropped him off outside. He had on yellow hospital footies which I'm sure he didn't want to wear into the stadium with the green scrubs. It didn't take him long to change clothes and run back to the sidelines.
