Why don't we all just wait and see what happens?

Reading through most of the topics, there is doom and gloom all over the place. The Pitt game was certainly ugly, but it was a win and I know that a few of you were predicting a loss. Why speculate about the future games on the schedule when we really have no clue what will happen? Sure the offense hasn't scored a lot of points, but I think they have improved. The first half of the Pitt game we showed that we could sustain some drives, the O-line did a lot better run blocking and Cory Ross did a great job, and we had no turnovers. Definitely some good things to build on, and the staff has two weeks. Perhaps the offense will sputter, maybe it will gel - the point is we don't know. I certainly won't throw this season away. The kids are playing hard and deserve our support.

Good post BiggerRed, I'm right there with ya. That blocked field goal at the end of the game could be something to fire up the team and keep the good momentum going through this home stand and beyond. No one in the Big 12 has been real impressive thus far with the exception of Texas and Texas Tech, and Tech has had the gawdy stats against a I-AA team and a brand new I-A team. I think the Big Red will put it all together soon.
