Why Jim tressel is the Vegas favorite for the HC

Earlier today when I looked Tressel was 12/1, now he is 7/1

I'm not on the Scott Frost wagon. Don't get me wrong, loved him as a player, I think he is doing a great job out at Oregon, but that being said; is he making Marcus Mariota or is Marcus Mariota making him?
