Why?

Why Peacock streaming instead of mainstream coverage?
Are you asking why would you stream on Peacock instead of watching it on NBC? Or are you under the impression that it is only now streaming only on Peacock because last I checked it is airing on both.

The game is on NBC.  The announcers for all NBC night games will be Noah Eagle and Todd Blackledge.

However, and unfortunately, they will not call this game because they will be in Brazil, doing the NFL Friday Night game.

The colo vs Neb game on NBC will be called by Paul Burmeister and newcomer Colt McCoy.

Burmesiter is a former Iowa QB, captain, and team MVP and played for Hayden Frye 1989-93 .  Lead Iowa his SR year to the very first Alamo Bowl game.  He's been an NBC play-by-play announcer since 2011.

Need to show the replay of SUH throwing McCoy like a rag doll a few times on the big screen to make sure he doesn't talk us down during the game  :smokin

For cripes sake. Peacock is like $5 a month. Just frikken get it.

Yeah, this seems like people just wanting to complain at this point.  If you watch one game per month, that's $5 (maybe $6 now) for three-ish hours of entertainment.  Pretty sure you're not getting that anywhere else, let alone if you have a few other people watching with you.

It's how things work now.  It's not going back.
