Here's my 2 cents, Joe Ganz will be the next OC at YSU...

Going from GA to OC is a pretty big step, even at the FCS level. I understand Ganz was a quasi-QB coach while at NU, but he could use a little more seasoning as a position coach before calling an offense.

He has experience in the spread-option offense. He helped groom Taylor Martinez before injuries shortened his career.
