All I have to say to the Cody Glenn thing is that every situation is handled differently. If Bo were really consistent a guy like Teafatiller or Christensen or Dixon, as BigWillie pointed out in the other thread, would have long been gone instead of stayed. And if he were really consistent he could have just said "OK, bye Taylor, we'll roll with Zac and Cody." back in August.
That's why I think Chatelain's article highlighting how carefully Bo needs to tread this situation - which most read as a no-holds-barred tearing down of Taylor, but was more insightful than that IMO - could turn out to be very prescient.
With stuff we have been hearing...well, there are crazy rumors out there I don't take too seriously, but I mean the other stuff we have been hearing on Taylor. They could be just opinions but there are a lot of negative ones out there from people closer to the program and in some cases, within. I get that he is a talented player and he has really made a fan out of me this season - but you have to weigh all of that against potential damage in the future to the team if the situation were to continue and blow up some day. If there is a situation, which it seems like there could be.
Yet in spite of all that, it's hard to say what will happen. Certainly it seems a lot of people (and I don't mean casual observers) feel it would be best for all if there was a parting of ways. But there's no reason to think that will happen, either, at least based on Bo's current history with this situation. I said earlier it seemed like it could be a mutual split, but after thinking about it some more it seems like Taylor will be given every opportunity to turn it around. I hope it's not in vain. My gut tells me Taylor stays, but I am really worried if that is a good thing or not.
