Will Shawn Watson stay on?

The players seem to really like him and he could be good for recruiting. Should he be moved from OC to something else? What do you think?

KFAB is saying the Watson is likely to stay because his son is on the team. Also, Shawn Watson and TO have developed a good relationship, so it is likely he would be willing to stay.

As stated in the press conference, all of the assistants will be paid through January to help with recruting. It will be up to the next head coach to decide if they stay or not. It is not TO's call.

 
The next HC hires his assistants. If Watson has allready been "fired" or not, he can re-interview for OC for the next HC if he so wishes.

Which i really hope he does, i don't wanna change playbooks all over again.

I think it's up to the next coach. Since the new coach's job depends on his staff's performance, he's likely to hire his own staff.
