Will the new Arena and Innovation campus being constructed on the state fair grounds help with recruiting?

I know that basketball and academics aren't highly important, but I wonder if the aesthetic improvements to Lincoln with these additions will help luring football recruits.. Thoughts?

I would think so. I think that recruits in town during basketball season attend games quite regularly.

On the academic side, I want our Huskers to be the best they can be, but I would hope that our recruits would place a higher priority on book learnin' than they do football.

If recruits do pay a lot of attention to academics, why do any recruits even bother with the SEC or Mizzou? :sarcasm
