Apologies and "sanctions" against their refs won't change anything. Their conference is building a reputation for poor officiating and screwing visitors in favor of their teams. Until teams start insisting on using their own conference's refs for all inter-conference games or flat out refusing to play PAC-12 teams they're going to keep doing it.

Yea to me it looked like they just decided to start walking home so the crowd would not boo them if they added time/called for a video replay/called delay of game penalty, well a plethora of things they were actually supposed to do.

 
Sanctions? What kind, Oh you have to coach 2 high school games, say 20 hail Marys', and no fruit cup for you. Nothing will change until the Universities get together and demand a ruling body over ref's.
